Casio PAG40-7 Reviews

rated 5 out of 5 Best Watch for the Price!!!!

I love this watch. Heavy duty, large, perfect functions to use and it looks sharp too! The identical watch is several hundred dollars in stores. For the price you cannot beat this watch.

rated 5 out of 5 Very Nice Watch

My PAG40-7 arrived just now. First impressions are that it's nice, comfortable watch. Not too big at all. The strap is surprisingly comfortable & the watch fits me well. Yeah, O.K. it is big, but not so big that I'd send it back or feel weird wearing it.
It's easy to set up & very easy to read. The white part I could do without, but at least there's no yellow or orange on this model.

rated 2 out of 5 Disappointing
by Lars Barlow-Hansen from Brookfield, CT, 2010-07-06

Pros: The compass is accurate and the watch had no problems at 50 meter scuba dive.
Cons: The thermometer is in accurate and so is the altitude meter. When calibrating either, you'll find that things have changed a few minutes later. I adjusted the altitude according to my second floor hotel room (10 meters above sea level) but when walking down the flight of stairs to the beach, it stated I was now at 50 meters below sea level - go figure.
You'll also be disappointed with its basic timekeeping if you've ever owned an 'Atomic tough solar watch' and know how you never have to worry about adjusting even a second.

rated 4 out of 5 Nice watch

I've had this watch for about two weeks or so. So far I like it. The sensors are about as accurate as I would expect from a watch. The temperature sensor does read your body temperature so you would have to take it off to get a good reading. As others have stated, the watch is pretty large. However, I like large watches and I don't feel it is too large at all. The only thing I am not crazy about is the right half of the watch. In the pics it look silver to me. In reality that area of the watch is white.
